my name is beth. i am a nineteen year old college student in search of a life different than that of most of my peers.
i value realism, integrity, intelligence, and no-holds-barred, open communication.
this world would be a much better place if people would just drop all the pretense.
don't commit to something you have no intention of following through on,
don't spend money you don't have on things you don't need,
and don't try to cover up who-you-are in order to fit into somebody else's ideal.
a 'good party' means nothing to me and contributes nothing to my life.
whatever happened to genuine conversation? when did everything become so hollow?
how do people not realize that they are wasting the best times of their life by drowning themselves
in situations that only retract from their true capabilities?
i have no plan to change the world... i have no mission except to be myself.
just as i am allowed to live as i choose, so are others.
in my ideal world everyone would understand my point of view, but nothing is ideal.

nothing
is gained but a headache... but i was cool... right??
